General Summary:
- LVN administers personal hygienic and therapeutic measures for patients as directed. Makes a skilled nursing assessment each visit as ordered.
- LVN observes, records, and reports to the RN supervisor on the general physical and mental conditions of the patient.
- LVN administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by State and by local regulations.
- LVN assists the physician and/or registered professional nurse in performing specialized procedures.
